Workshop: Breaking Free and Embracing Peace

This is an Archetypal Psychology workshop aimed at identifying, processing and healing restrictive archetypal belief systems and structures. This archetypal content is Unconscious and have the power to negatively impact on our relationships with ourselves and with others. The workshop is based on BORN BAGGAGED, my recently published book (UK, November 2025). We will use art therapeutic methods, mindfulness methods such as meditation and movement meditation to facilitate our processing work.

This workshop is suitable for participants who are familiar with inner work, mindfulness work and creative processing.
